Managers/Boss: How do you conduct your standups?

I'm tired of this Indian management style of listing all things that are WRONG, the very first thing in the morning

"None of you do this" "This is not happening" "Why are you <take names> not doing <something outside JD>?"

Is nothing working? Is the company going down? Are employees doing nothing right?!

If you as manager/boss do not do this, please know there is a special place reserved in heaven for you ❤️

Standups? More like stand-downs in this country. It's a circus of blame games and finger-pointing. "Kaam karne ka mann nahi karta." What's your solution, genius?

I hate all agile ceremonies except standup (partially). The only thing I encourage my team to talk in standup is progress on ultra critical tasks that ties back to the ultra Critical objective of the sprint .. rest everything can be handled separately on a need to know basis. Guided scrum master coach team to speak in terms of - “ I am blocked on this ..” we usually wrap up in 15 mints if it’s an average day.
