Persistent Systems forcing employees to resign
Standard stupid Indian HRs. Asking to share screen and resign. If you don't resign threatening to withhold the experience letter etc.
Yaay to our labour laws!!
They(BPHR) will call you in office, you will have 2 options either resign from your side or they will terminate you and write something very bad in your experience letter. And all this will be happening on pen and paper so that there will be no digital trace of mass layoffs.
Is it the right practise?
I think it's not just Infosys but other IT companies are also doing the same. Whereas government, courts are sleeping and will give more Subsidies, others perks even after all this bad practices.
Are they using Bouncers ?
That news in the recent because those need to pass test but they failed. So they have been terminated
Yes, they are also using bouncers who doesn’t know why people are released in this way. Last year one bouncer was escorting me till the gate and was asking me why this type of big company is releasing these many people? They also shocked that they were hired there on temporary basis. I told him they are saving money.
This company is the worst to work in. Such a s** place
If some new lateral joinee doesn't get allocated in anyboroject till probation period completion...Will infosys lay off him in such a scenario?
Is there any criteria for this? Like based on rating or what?
But if they pay little salary they won't go bankrupt why Mr Muthy doing this
