Invest your salary in your parents name including property. The wife can't demand parental wealth. Don't have kids for the first 3 years of marriage atleast. Have a foreign account and a backup plan to flee the country.
My parents used to fight a lot. Gave me trauma since childhood. So not marrying is the only way to free myself of that torture
