This is outside salary and esops that are on offer. Glassdoor always has both sides of reviews and have found them extremely wrong in a lot of cases

Maybe. Point is a similar situation might be bearable for someone can be unbearable for someone else.
In a same company and same role even, a boss can be a Messiah and an other one might be the devil....
And this is way too common. Feel like the only emotion that works while switching is " anywhere but here". And we keep on gambling our job satisfaction away.
More interested in the professional front also
