Microsoft recruiters scam

In past few days on linkedin i got ping from couple of microsoft recruters, saying we found your profile may be perfect fit for an opening at microsoft...bla bla , please share your cv . Once i shared my cv there is no reply from them . Total time waste. All hr recruiters have good profile on linkedin and not replying once you share cv .

Looks like their managers given them target to collecting cv.

As inr already said it's not feasible to reply to everyone who isn't shortlosted but maybe you could ask them for a reference id to track or application or ask them if you can complete the process by yourself, kind of like a referral.
