Mid Senior level roles

I work in analytics consulting with almost 4 years experience and passively looking to switch. What I find is I’m too senior for junior level roles (which ask for 2 years work ex) and too junior for mid senior roles (analytics manager/lead etc). Anyone else in a similar situation? Any thoughts on how to tackle this?
