Monitor and chair for wfh setup

Hi, I'm looking to buy a monitor and a nice office chair for my wfh setup. Please drop some recommendations. Budget is 24k for both those things. Also, I'm confused between choosing a 24' v 27'inch monitor. Which size would you suggest I get?
