Friend of mine got the hint that there are about to be layoffs. They ended up pre-empting it by resigning the same week 😂😂
Had somebody who came into the company - just would not talk to anyone. Tried multiple times to meet with him, chill together, would just end up avoiding all our efforts
4 weeks in, just left without most of us figuring out why

Grabbed Joining bonus and flew
Someone I know joined a large AlcoBev company. Didnt receive their laptop for a week after joining. Their boss still wanted her to start delivering with no handover or laptop. Used their personal laptop and figured out things on their own. Boss told them I dont have time for you, figure out the shit on your own. Spoke to HR in a couple of weeks, took the boss on call, and resigned right there on the call.
