Motivate me to Start-up

I am working full time but the itch of starting up doesn't go away. Please motivate me or suggest small wins to be on the path of starting. I have the product / Target audience in mind.

Start a poultry farm. 100 murgi ke 400 ande. Make omlettes, make breads. Hire a consultant to make PPT, valuation slides etc. Use some McKinsey reports to show that India has a huge potential for egg eaters in the coming 3-5 years. You start now and build a trusted brand that every Indian believes. Raise rs.100cr, raise rs.1000cr. and one day you exit.

If half the valuations out there are based on McKinsey reports then those fucks are doing it wrong and are bound to be dommed.

They use 3 to 4 ways to estimate/justify market size and growth rates.

Start with market research and surveys.

Once you have at least 100 positive responses affirming the need for your product, make an MVP using low/no code tools and start selling.

Make sure to balance the unit economics and gross/net profit well enough so you don't burn money. It's fine to charge high initially and lower costs over time. Aim for minimal investment in terms of cash and profitability as early as possible.

Get to 10 customers, then 100, then 1000.

Revenue milestones are 10k, 1 lakh, 10 lakhs, 1Cr.

Keep iterating and improving along the way. Don't keep any timelines in your mind for milestones, just know that you need to reach the next one.

Motivation will increase over time as revenue and customers increase. All the best with it.
