Motivate oneself to start second income

Hi all,

I almost mid 30s and been in Bangalore for 2.5 years. I believe I must build a steady second income in the next 6/7 years. Dont get me wrong , i like working - and intend to do that for as long as I can , but my new employment choices may decrease with time. Yet , have no idea what I want to do.

I like technical work but am not insanely intelligent - just average.

Would want some feedback on how to motivate myself.

I have some self diagnosed weaknesses

• I am not unpleasant to talk to - but dont make or interested in making a lot of friends and interacting with people (still have not made any new friends here)

Lazy definitely :)
