Need a suggestion, I am currently working as a cloud support engineer with AWS.

I am planning to move to Australia, especially for a better lifestyle and a better future for kids.

I am not considering moving to Australia with AWS(If AWS send, that would be perfect) but at present it would be on my own.
Question that I have:-

Is anyone already working in Australia that could suggest if this would be a wise decision? I am expecting a salary range between 120K-150K.

Honestly, I fail to understand how on earth in today's time, people have this mentality of "better future with the white countries"
