Be ready to be disappointed in every aspect apart from the tech communities here.
Don't come with high hopes here and you should be fine

Things would be expensive, low quality, shit infra, bad public transport, bad water, inflated rents and deposits(these are things you would find difference with comparison to Delhi)

if permanently moving, bring a bike/scooty with you, will help you navigate the traffic and you won’t have to deal with auto guys here.

Well, get a jacket. It's usually breezy most of the time and nights are cooler. Also, start looking for rentals asap, it's a crazy market our here!
