You have eye problem hence your morale and confidence is down. And I can fully understand it because seen many years in IT .....

Considering you eye problem, I suggest you don't switch at this moment. Get proper medication and bring problem in control. Gain some positivity and confidence back.
Think and develop a plan for alternative carrer with less screen time. For doing all this, stay in TCS for 1-2 of more years.
During this period if things change positivity then you can switch after 1-2 years.

First take time to cover eyesight issue because even though you switch you will be in double depression die to health and performance...health is important...and till the time try to take another offer if these days you are confident enough ..then you can switch...as high pckg expect high performance also

I'm also facing the same issue. Due to the dryness issue, my vision is not proper even with the glasses. The only solution for me is to reduce screen time

First health, get proper treatment. You can get a better offer later and can contribute to a new job.

Please visit a doctor and get treated first for dryness. Eyes dryness can also come with other different problems as well. TCS is a company which won’t pay well, Better switch to a Product based companies
