Have recently started noticing a bunch of times that my manager leaves me out of meetings where key decisions are taken, related to the work that I only have done.
I get to know this because I stalk their Google Calendar. It’s just weird. I’m not insecure or anything, I’ve been mostly rated well. It’s just odd.
This just didn’t happen before and lately has started. Anyone faced this and knows how to address it?
This behaviour could either be your manager taking credit for your work or preparing for your absence.
