I thought Namma Yatri was zero commission. How do they make money?

Great to see another auto service getting money though, for the sake of Bangalore we need VCs to fund more of this.

The app is so shitty that even if they offer free rides I won't use their service.

Namma Yatri has no commission and still has significantly higher prices. Must be good for drivers but not for people looking for autos.

The major problem is with Customer Support. Sometimes, auto drivers knowingly take a longer route to increase the amount and you can't do anything about the amount because there is no customer support at the end. Otherwise, good app to get a faster ride.

Namma Yatri service is excellent. Beyond excellent

Good for them but I don’t agree to this term “reliable”

1.Namma yatri drivers are not well trained.

2. From women safety POV there’s no accountability and support panel is shit.

3. They ask for 30-40 rupees extra on top of final fair post ride completion.

Hence I have stopped using this app and moved to Uber (OG)

All these jargons like “digital public infrastructure” is good but then we need reliable and accountable platform to use.

I have tried booking auto through their app in gurgaon, not once I got it

NY first impressions, equally expensive to its counterparts. I liked the idea but then when I tried booking a ride through it, to my surprise it was equally or more expensive compared to Uber and Rapido! Hope they make their claims true, would absolutely love cheaper fare + more earnings for drivers!
