Need a clarification on my career path

i am working as an Implementation consultant (payroll domain) in one of the MNC. i would like to switch my career as BA or Consultant. My education Qualification is BE CSE, MBA and my current CTC is 6.3L with 1.5 year experience.

Now coming to my query.

1. Which path can i choose, is it a consultant or BA ?
2. If i switch, How much can my salary expectation ?
3. or else any other suggestions for me ?
