Need advice from Experienced designers

I’m currently working as a software tester at TCS but want to transition into a UX designer role. I’ve created two personal projects/case studies for my portfolio and have been actively applying for UX designer roles on job portals. However, I’m facing two main challenges:

  1. Recruiters are ending calls as soon as I mention my 3-month notice period.

  2. The salaries offered for UX fresher roles on these platforms are extremely low and not even comparable

How should I move forward from here.

And is there a better way to transition to UX designer role

Bro even I am trying the same path but i was in business domain. I am trying to get in a project within TCS first and then will apply outside with more hands on work.

Yeah its a really difficult situation, if we get some opportunity to work in a project then that will help a lot. What channels were you trying to contact for a project?
