Need Advice/Help !

Hi guys , I want to switch into a Ux designer role . What courses are there which are genuinely industry standard . You guys can recommend both cohort and courses. I don't have money for a masters I'll be honest but I want to find a way to get into it. And genuine courses which teach me or YouTube too! Thinking of taking up Ixdf course or if not at the end need to spend on 10k cohort! Wdu think?
