Need advice plz

I got TCS offer letter today and have 1 week to accept it. But the project is a support project and I don't want to leave EY for that. How can I leverage this offer letter for other companies I am interviewing?

If you leave EY for TCS.

I am telling you
You are a complete as*****.

I spent 4 years at TCS (being in TCS Digital Cadre) now at EY GDS Tech Consultanting. If you rate ey 9 out of 10 then tcs will be 0. TCS is a company full of dull people who have no ability to do anything. Only politics, criticism, micromanagement etc.

Don’t you dare to think twice to join the worst employment of India (Tata Consultancy Services).

Its a joke…

Coz TCS offer amount is penut everyone knows.

After successful negotiations also you will made a loss making deal.

Hardly few tier 4 companies like Infosys, Capgimini, Wipro, tech mahindra, HCL care about TCS offer.

Okay assuming that the offer is more that what you currently getting, accept the offer and play along with the process. I think all of TCS documentation comes after when you join the organization. It was the case for me. During your notice period, look for other opportunities and get better compensation.

As for the rest of the people who are telling smack about TCS know that those are the people who joined the wrong account \ wrong time. There will always be people who love and hate a company and the people who hate it, do so usually because of the bad experience they got.

PS: I am on notice period in TCS. If they gave me retention offer, I might stay unless I get a better opportunity than TCS. But the fact remains, people value company based on the experience they faced. I myself have gone through the UPs and DOWNs.

As for whether TCS is good for you, it depends on lot of factors. You age, the package, your tech preference etc...
