Need Guidance

As a fresher I joined TCS & since then I've been working on a mainframe support project for the past 3 years. I want to change my role as Data Analyst from mainframe. My management is not willing to release me, so the only option i have is to switch from TCS.

Currently I'm doing Google Data Analytics certification. Apart from this, what should I do, to get a data analyst job offer? Could you please guide me to shape my career as data analyst?
