Need help in job switch

Hi All,

Need help in taking decision for my next job. Currently working as an Associate UI/UX designer in a startup. I have received two offers for which I need inputs-

a) Deloitte USI- Got the offer of Design Consultant. Opportunity for abroad travel work, not sure of it.

b) BCG X- Got the offer of Senior UX Designer, will be the only designer of the team. No opportunity for abroad travel work, confirmed.

Want to know which will be the best for my career. About myself- 4 years of work experience in UI/UX Design in B2C domain.

Travell experience would bring a good learning curve and exposure. If pay is good , go for Deloitte.

Deloitte USI: Offers broader exposure and potential travel. Good for building a diverse portfolio.
BCG X: Senior role, more responsibility, but limited travel. Good for deepening expertise.
