I have 8 years of experience, Java Full Stack. I joined oracle Cerner 1 year back and my CTC is 24 LPA.
Work wise not seeing much growth, not sure what to do..
Is it good for me if I start looking for new opportunity? What CTC should I aim with respect to my experience.

With 8 years in Java Full Stack, 24 LPA is decent. You could aim for 30-32 LPA. If growth is stagnant, exploring new opportunities might be wise. Evaluate your career goals first.

I am working as a SDE-1 at cars24 fixed is 23LPA also received the offer from oracle for the MTS role. Fixed is 21LPA + 48kUSD RSU But in JD work is related to tools and test development. What should I do ? Stay in Cars24 or switch
