Need help on diet plan

I started going gym recently, doing cardio mostly. Will be starting weights from next week. After gym I feel hungry whole day :(. N cuz of this I end up eating more unhealthy n outside food. Gym ppl, help me on how u manage your diet and keep ur self feeling full day?

Fruits. Sweet potato, Makhana, protein/snacking bars, boiled pulses, Dryfruits, oats are some of the alternatives to keep you full in between meals. High calories, high protein.

Track whatever you eat. Measure quantities and log them in any app. Doing this, you will know what you need to fix. Eating outside food is not a crime or something that you need to stop completely. You need to find better/ healthier alternatives to keep cravings in check. Apart from that, you need to make your daily food healthy(protein rich) and tasty. So that cravings get less frequent. All the best.
