Have offer from B2B Fintech (Seed funded - growth potential is crazy due to the founder) Base: 23l Esop (36l, vested over 4yrs) WFO (5 days)

I am thinking to switch due to the growth potential, but the base is less and it is complete WFO. What should I do?
