I am thinking to switch due to the growth potential, but the base is less and it is complete WFO. What should I do?
Founder would always say growth potential is crazy. Do a bit of diligence on both the founder and the startup. And then choose the fin tech offer.
If they have funding - as in money in the bank from investors and you believe in the product, go for it.
