I got selected in TCS and I served 3 yoe in my first employer Technology SAP Module SD What salary expectation should I ask if I'm having 5 LPA package currently

I am not from SAP tech stack, so can’t say for sure.. so, until someone from SAP tech stack answers, you can consider this.
TCS will offer you around 7-8 LPA stating that 80% increment is not feasible. if you have other offers in hand, you can negotiate based on that offer.
