Need Tech referral in India 1cr+ roles

Hi Folks,

I have over 12+ years of experience in Tech Big Data & Data Engineering predominantly (UK & USA), I got laid off at Apple in May 2023 as a consultant which forced me to move back to India due to immigration problems can someone refer me for India senior tech or architect roles paying above 1cr + ?

I know people in McK and similar firms struggling to get an interview call because of their current package being 60-80lpa. (Searching for over 6 months)

Bad time to look for employment in India at that salary level. Startup funding is very very low. Everyone will low ball you. On top of that, data science team is generally a discretionary spend.

Just retire happily 😃 if you are just day dreaming. For the kind of salary u mentioned, u need to build a startup and achieve a valuation of atleast $500M with u being a CTO/CEO
