Need tips to manage cravings

Trying to lose 10 kg to be able to attain green on the BMI scale.

I'm not doing drastic diets, just controlling overeating. I try to have lunch around 4 pm and not eat any meal until next breakfast (kind of intermittent fasting - I'm saying 'kind of' because while in intermittent fasting they suggest to not eat anything bcz it can cause sugar spike, I have some light snacks or maybe Maggi sometimes in the night)

I'm struggling with constant feeling of hunger and because of this I'm not able to concentrate properly. I've been able to control my weight at around 82 (down from 84) but I'm really not losing any more fat.

Any suggestions or advice is appreciated

In my recent experience and knowledge, strength training and calorie deficit while maintaining ratio of macros is the only way to lose fat. Do not try to stop cravings altogether. Better way is to track your daily calories and then see what you can eat and what not. Also, when you say 'light snack', track its calories too.

As you said that you are constantly hungry then you are doing something wrong. Either your macros are incorrect or you are eating too less.

I was 97kg in July 2024 when I enrolled with a fitness coach, I am 86 as of today. And I eat everything, its just that portions are controlled and I workout 6 days a week.

Thanks brother!

I need to track my macros then, I usually eat a tummy full.

I don't do any strength training but yes I do high intensity training on my spin bike (30 sec at high resistance and 30 sec relaxed for 10 minutes), I completely sweat out in just 10 minutes.

What light snacks are you having ?
Snacks not the best for satiation in low calories
Restricting all calories through drinks, no packaged snacks & sweets and 2 meals a day → can't breach 1500-1600 kcals this way
Whey protein shake is great at suppressing hunger for longer, also black coffee

Snacks as in Biscuits sometimes but mostly any fruit I can get my hands on lying around.

I really need to think of something to keep track of my calories.
