Need to leave my company asap

I have been working in my organisation since 2.5 yrs day and night working so hard but don’t get any hikes or promotion or so much of an appreciation or recognition. I don’t see any growth anymore here and all the politics and toxic work environment isn’t letting me even work. So out of this so called 9 to 5 which actually is 9 am to 10 pm or sometimes even more I finally decided to find a new job. But when I tried doing that, I actually am not getting any call backs from the jobs I’m applying on Naukri as I heard job market isn’t very good right now. Can someone suggest any tips to find a new job. I’m just done with this organisation!
