New job and it's too much to handle

Hi,

It's been less than a month since the job changed and it feels too much already! Though I hold some years of experience, since there is no training here, it just feels too much stress and the manager is already expecting me to perform well! Has anyone ever faced this challenge? If yes, how to tackle this situation? TIA!

Just hang in there. My new job was so stressful that my hair turned grey in the initial days.

Just put the efforts required to learn everything in the initial months even it takes 10-12 hours. Also makes notes for every small detail. Although we may have experience, the things that can go wrong in a new environment are many, so just as a way to be cautious, make notes and task reminders.

And in few months you'll chill like me on grapevine all day because you've wrapped up your work 😁

Perform well so that the Manager gets a good rating 😄 this time & gets promoted as well.

Just work as per your natural pace..no need to hurry or worry !

If you are an average smart person— you will make it in 6months. Give yourself 6 months .. this situation is not out of ordinary. Post that , be ok to lose job.
