NICE CxOne any good?

I have an offer from NICE CxOne senior SDET role. Should I join? The recent reviews are really bad. People have mentioned excessively long work hours, favouritism. 2 people from each team being compulsorily being put in PIP every month. And also 1 employee from each team being asked to resign every year. I am confident that I will perform well but anxious that I may become prey to favouritism and lose my will to perform. What is the current vibe there? This is very URGENT for me as my last working day is within a week.
