Not getting shortlisted, need resume review
Same as the title. Currently doing an internship and no offer in hand and haven't been able to get shortlisted anywhere. Can anybody tell me what can and should I improve? This causes me a lot of mental stress.

My 2cents,
- Curious as to why you put your volunteering/activities on campus before other stuff. A recruiter isn't interested in seeing your volunteer work right upfront above your projects, that's absolute bottom of courses, projects, etc.
It's quite good so far, how are you applying for roles? Resume drop?
I'll modify my resume as you mentioned in 1st point.
I'm applying through job portals like LinkedIn, Instahyre etc and through companies careers sites making use of referrals through LinkedIn network and even generating cover letters for the same. What else should I do?
In some of the smaller companies and newer startups at least a lot of hiring is based on relationships/people you know. So you can try getting in touch with somewhat senior SDEs or Data analysts, people who are hiring and talk to them about your previous projects/internships (its a bonus if they are in similar industries to what you previously worked on) . I've noticed directly applying on the company portal/linkedin has lesser chances of getting interviews
Numbers are missing. Volunteering should be last section. Expand the "Experience" section. Add more data points
Couple of things that can be improved:
i) Move volunteering in second half
ii) Add 2-3 points related to what you are doing in current internship, and numbers to show the scale of your work if possible
iii) Bold key things that you want to highlight across the resume
iv) This is a Data science heavy CV, for swe roles see if you can add some other projects.
v) While pytorch sounds fancy few people will be aware about it and few companies have a use case for it. Try adding something more practical
Well made resume to be honest
Looks pretty good to me. Keep trying
