I have received two offers, one from Nykaa (SDE-2 full-stack) and the other from MMT (SDE-2 frontend). Both are for the Banglore location. Which one should I choose considering better work culture and work-life balance? Any help will be appreciated.

@NaiveAltitude , none both a fucked culture wise and wlb wise. Try more and you can land other offers. BOLD, Monotype, ServiceNow, UKG..

@Romulus almost the same compensation - 28 fixed and CTC - 31. I have 4 years of experience.

Bangalore has a good number of opportunities if you want to switch to a different company in the future. However the infrastructure and the cost of living are bad.

I don't have enough data to comment on anything about Gurgaon.
