Offer Selection

Please Help me to choose best offer: 1. Infosys:8.5fixed+ 1 variable(will ask to match the new offer) 2. Capgemini: 11 Fixed 3. WNS: HR round tomorrow ( How much shall i ask) 4. Deloitte USI( managerial round went good but overall process is slow so not sure about HR round) All offers are for Gurugram Location Tech Stack: Azure Databricks + Pyspark, YOE: 3 My LWD is 24 September. WLB is my main priority. Thanks

I am in Capgemini, company is good no doubt but if u get into bad team, life will be hell. So listen to your instinct.

Tbh i am more lean towards infosys. As they have 10 days in a month wfo policy rather than 3 day/week . So i can do up-down from my hometown.
Let’s see if they will increase base to 10-10.5
