Truly shameful indeed. Sports apart from cricket aren't really taken seriously in our country.
And you don't even need to compare with China. Pakistan has a gold medal. That's the situation
Maybe we should start with sports federations run by sportsmen and not politicians.
You should see what they go through, even from a very young age. The same thing doesn't happen here in india, priority to education trumps over sports.
