Onsite Opportunity chances?
Hi, How to get an onsite opportunity? What's the minimum requirement needed? What's the process to start for a front end developer with 3.5 year's of experience? Please suggest your answers?
PS: Currently working in TCS from past 1.2Yrs.

Onsite depends on project requirements. If they see you taking initiatives and express interest for onsite they MIGHT consider you for onsite.
Minimum requirement (grade) differs for different countries . Eg recently only C3A or above for US (H1B) .
For other countries, it could be more flexible.
Worst case - You work your ass off but there is no actual onsite opening in your project. I know many who have a stamped visa and still couldnt travel for 2 years.
Ok. If not TCS.. Lets say i worked here for 2 years and switch to other company there i work for 2 or 3 years.. In this case is there any scope in future for onsite if it's any other company? Will they provide? Like after 4-5 years of experience?
