Wanted you to validate reality -

  1. Do 12th Marks really matter in getting into IIMs? If someone has 78% in 12th, but 10th(>90%) and Engg(> 8.5 CGPA) are pretty good. Will they be not able to get into old IIMs?
  2. Heard that big4 takes people only who have been to IITs before their stint at IIMs. Is that true?
  3. Do you think a person from tech should go do MBA if their intention is to earn money?

Yes, 12th marks do matter. The journey will be difficult but you have got a fair shot provided you score high percentile.

  1. No, there is no such thing.
  2. If you are already earning above 30 lpa and love tech, then you don't have reasons to do an MBA.
