Throughout my 7+ years of experience in the field of UX, I have developed a solid foundation in crafting intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. I have a deep understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design principles. Moreover, I am proficient in using industry-standard design tools such as Figma.

In my previous role at Citi Bank, New York, I successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into innovative design solutions. I have experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and creating personas to inform the design process. Additionally, I am skilled in creating interactive prototypes to facilitate user testing and gather feedback for iterative design improvements.
