OPENING A CLOUD KITCHEN

Hello, I am a student at one of the IIMs following the IPM degree, which is a five-year curriculum. I intend to construct a cloud kitchen centered solely on the hero product and variations around it. Congratulations!! I don't have any experience but I think keeping overhead costs low will help sustain and standardise recepies with ingredients to weight will help you tackle Chef issues.
