Work culture is good, but also depends on team to team, there have been time in my team when i had to work in weekends as well, and i jave seen other teams very chill, very relaxed. Less work, some of them come to office, play badminton, hav lunch and go home. So it's your luck, my luck have never been this good. Wherever I go, I have a lot of work
