Persistent Systems

May I ask you guys for your review of Persistent Systems at Chennai? In general, how’s the org.culture, management and job security etc.

When I joined they flagged some BGV problem related to education once that was sorted I was deployed to a project. The day the project ended they terminated flagging BGV issue . Total duration served around 4 months . No NP pay nothing....

I have joined persistent . But i got another good offer , but that needed to be joined within a week . I am selected for a client role ,but yet to be onboarded .

1. If I resigned , will they release me within a week as I am on probation...

Past was a bit low so saying can't give more than xyz % hike n all. Market is very hot and this seems low to me.
