Out of senses while in interview

Hi, Starting to find that what I feel is normal or something is wrong with me.

Whenever I go into a randomly planned interview or some meetings. It's just not me who is speaking, the answers come out automatically sometimes and sometimes I am completely blank not able to even think of a word( doesn't happen at same time ). Just gave one and as soon as it finished there was a huge rush of sensations from head to toe( maybe blood , not sure ) Felt a huge release of something from head and whole body getting out of strain.

Does any of you feel the same. Is it normal and how to overcome this or atleast be more conscious at these situations.

It's just one condition out of many. Never discussed with anybody, as I rarely share my feelings ( habit from childhood). I just feel anxious how they will react, what they will think of, just not able to freely discuss about it.

Any suggestions for that are also highly appreciated.

😊

Firstly, Try to brush up your knowledge before the interview or the meeting. It will give you some confidence. Secondly, understand that even you fail to give right answers, the worst that can happen is that you will be rejected. Which is anyways the result.
So take off the pressure to be your best.

Happens with me. I am very successful so far, never failed in any interview ever thats a record, ppl think I am very confident in all meetings, but still it happens with me before every interview or major meetings. Exactly whatever you have explained everything same happens. Even being fully prepared it happens, so don’t go by what few suggested in terms of preparation. I am so prepared at times that I have passed and it only surprised me later like how did or how could I. I don’t have the answer to your question on how to overcome it, but when I read your post I just felt like sharing that you are not alone, so shared. How to overcome it, no answer.
