Owner harassed to empty house because of dogs

Yesterday my neighbour was harassed verbally beacuse she has two indie dogs. Just because they bark at nigth and are Indian breeds. She is rold to empty the house or else leave the dogs. How can I help her ?

Indian cities are not suitable for dogs unless you live in a big house with a decent size garden. Stupid people font understand that. Having a Pet Dog or feeding stray has become a status symbol.

Indians have no consideration for others. It's always me, mine and myself.

You want to help?. Euthanise the dogs. It will put them out of misery.

In my surroundings some PPL have kept dogs as they are the pet/dog lovers. I see those dogs have no other work than barking non-stop from their balconies. The continuous barking is so irritating for the PPL staying nearby. Sometimes my ears are in pain. I don't understand the pet owners mindset.... have they kept the dogs only to bark and irritate others who want peace atleast at their home? The PPL love pets more than human beings.. the owners may be a good master for dogs and maybe dogs love them...but whenever they see outsiders or strange PPL they bark dangerously and behave like they will attack on the PPL if they were free and not tied.

Dumb owners, keeping pets for the sake of timepass, showing the world they are so-called "pet lovers" and then bothering the neighborhood, with noise and shit(both, from dog's ass and their mouth). If they are really pet parents then they should teach their kids to behave and shit in their toilets.
