Used to work 60 hours a week. I just couldn’t. Tried a few times to get 30 mins of running in.

Doesn’t happen. When you’re frustrated and working hard, the bias is to eat more and drink more, because you want quick happiness with the remaining time

Just my experience

I do 60 hours per week pretty much for the last 8 years.

I have a 24h gym and work out between 10pm and midnight.

Weekends long slow running for around 2h swim one hour in the Eve.

I can run marathons at under 4h. So think I'm doing ok.
