🚨 PF Query
So I was checking my PF balance through SMSing “EPFOHO UAN” to +917738299899. To my surprise, it reflected balance only with current company PF and did not include balance from previous company PF even though I had successfully transferred PF. Is this normal? In previous PF ID I do see everything was withdrawn for transfer request but the same amount I don’t see under the current PF ID. Does that mean the transfer is kept in separate entity which would not reflect in current PF ID? I am kinda scared if there is any chance of losing the previous PF amount. It was getting interest until transfer and now I don’t see that amount nor its interest acquired. Please help me through this concern

Check with your account on EPFO Passbook, if the details aren't matching then raise a complaint

Ya it’s not matching. Basically I was expecting the transferred balance to reflect in my current PF ID but it does not. So I am not getting any interest on that presumably and idk where it got lost. The previous PF ID’s balance is 0 and total withdrawal is the entire amount.
Hold on, different PF ID? We have just one UAN. did new company create new account for you altogether?
