Salary hike in PhonePe?
What is the expected annual hike in PhonePe? Does it vary for tech vs non-tech roles?
got a call from phonepe recruiter for UI (3-5)yrs apparently everyone is Software Engg in PhonePe, which is good.
But they have 5 days WFO and whats the salary range they have for me HR wasn’t even able to promise 25-30 base pay.
But when i check leetcodr base pays are v high, any phone pe employee would like to comment?
Haven't had a good experience working with them tbh. Didn't like their team or approach.
what specifically you didn’t like, work culture, engineering, compensation or office politics, plus if u can give me any base pay range they have for 3-5 yoe ppl
Worked with them externally. Seems like an environment promoting politics and negativity. Their team was difficult to work with, and I hope I won't have to work with them again.
Can't say much about internal info or pay, but pay is probably decent enough. Most companies with bad culture are forced to hike pay to compensate for it.
Current phonepe culture is not good at all, they have reduced comp plus benefits left and right, in this current scenario opting for PhonePe should be your last resort.
Unrelated, but Zeta did the same to me. Glassdoor has huge base salaries but they offered me peanuts

Any news on who is getting it, what's like an average payout for eligible employees? As per the news article, approx 19000 employees are getting it. Anyone has insider info?
