Pivot Out of Sap functional

I got hired as sap functional consultant post MBA from tier 2 college. Now, I am stuck in this role for the last 1.5 years and want to get out of this asap to Business analyst / scrum master role I have previous work experience as a Java developer in the healthcare domain. Please suggest which organizations I can target for this role change? And what certifications will help? I am thinking of PSPO certification.
