please suggest what can I do?

I have been working in Infosys since 2022, been in the same project since 2022. I am an APP lead but the app I am working on has 0 opportunities outside, I got hike only once till now and they gave me met expectations dispite giving my all I am the only one who knows about this app, initially they tried to hire someone with exp on this but couldn't find any so they trained me, I have asked to increase my package but ignored that part. now I am asking for project release, manager is asking to get another project opportunity in Infosys then they will release, how to do that please suggest? and if I want to switch what can I do?

I have worked on App support, Server, DB of that app, scheduled automatic jobs, worked on Batch scripts, SQL procedures etc.

present CTC: 7.8 lpa including variable how much can I expect? YOE: 3 yrs in IT, 2 yrs before IT total 5 yrs
