Preparing for Full-Stack Roles in a Competitive Job Market

I am a Frontend Developer with 5 years of experience, primarily working with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Given the current job market, it seems challenging to secure interview calls with just this tech stack, as many companies are now seeking candidates with Java backend knowledge and DevOps/Cloud skills. How can I best prepare to acquire these skills, and even after doing so, is it possible to get interview opportunities without direct industry experience in these areas?
