Product Companies with good WLB

Hello Viners!

Wanted to know what are some good product companies that offer great WLB and okay pay (need not be above market standards) and are hiring right now.

Wanted to create a laundry list of companies where you can work sustainably for a few years at least. Will be using the same to apply at these places

P.S: Please don't include "rocket ships"!

You'll get a good jump. Range varies depending on your previous comp. Negotiate hard as increments are not good.

No wfh. 5 days RTO with timing being noted.

I understand there would be work load but how’s the culture. There are orgs which will treat you as slaves, no empathy.

I am looking for a salary jump and expecting that my manager or business head don’t keep splitting the hair for small small items

This comparison is obviously relative to your personal experiences till now. Porter is not good on the pay front. A leader told this in the meeting that Porter will pay 70% of the market standards but will expect you to produce 100% against that. They are okay with you leaving if pay is a concern.

Culture was excellent previously. Depending on the charter, it can still be. But certain teams' culture is on a downward slope these days is what I feel. Obviously not taking Byju's as a benchmark.

Depends on the charter. What is it that you're looking for?

@BloodDragon elaborate please. How’s your experience with Porter been like? How’s it changing?
