Property Manager - Co Living space

I’m building a property in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai near NMIMS university where I’m planning to start Paying Guest/Co living (women’s only) . im looking for leads for a property manager / anyone who has worked in this industry who can guide me with regards to generating leads, overall management etc etc
